Partnership Income (SA104)
Partnership Income (SA104)
What
is Form SA104?
This
is a supplementary form used to report to HMRC any income received from partnership.
It is submitted alongside the main SA100 tax
return and any other required forms.
This
form is used to report:
- An
individual’s share of income from a trading or professional partnership,
and
- An
individual’s share of income from property through a property business
formed as a partnership.
What
if I have multiple Partnership Businesses?
If
you have more than one partnership business, you will need to fill in a form
for each business separately. You will also have to submit a separate form if
you recently started or ceased a partnership business or have changed the
accounting date of your partnership business.
